With over 25 years of experience in temporary employment, Monique Cassan, an agency manager for major corporations, decided in 1998 to develop her own temporary employment agency and founded M.O.I.
In 2014, Christophe Payré took over management of the company. Initially, the company expanded into the construction sector, then the “Extra Monte Carlo” entity was created to meet needs in the service and personal services sectors.
