1 – Publisher presentation

This website is published by M.O.I. SARL. The company’s purpose is the management and delegation of temporary staff, as well as subcontracting, which is limited to the Principality of Monaco.

And generally, all operations of any nature whatsoever relating to this corporate purpose.

2 – Purpose of the GCTU

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) set out the terms governing access to and use of our websites www.moi.mc and https://extramontecarlo.com (hereinafter “the Site”). They specify the rights and obligations of users and the publisher.

By accessing and using the Site, users agree to these GTCU without reservation.

 

3 – Services on offer

In particular, the Site enables:

  • Consult job offers published by M.O.I. and its partners,
  • Apply for jobs and submit CVs online,
  • Obtain information about the services offered by M.O.I.

 

4 – Site access

The Site is freely accessible to users and open to any user with Internet access. Costs associated with access to the Site (connection, hardware, software, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the user.

M.O.I. reserves the right to suspend access to the Site temporarily or permanently in the event of maintenance, improvement of services or for any other technical reason.

 

5 – Intellectual property

The Site and its contents (texts, images, logos, databases, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited without the written consent of M.O.I.

 

6 – Liability

M.O.I. makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, the publisher shall not be liable for:

  • Any interruptions or malfunctions of the Site,

The data processing carried out via the Site complies with the applicable Monegasque and European laws (Law no. 1.165 and RGPD).

M.O.I. reserves the right to modify these GCTU at any time to adapt them to legislative or technical developments. Users will be informed of any updates.

 

10 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GCTU are governed by Monaco law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Monaco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
