M.O.I. and Extra Monte-Carlo (hereinafter referred to as “MOI” or “We”) attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and are committed to ensuring their security and confidentiality in accordance with Monegasque Law No. 1.165 of 23 December 1993, as amended by Law No. 1.353 of 4 December 2008, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), applicable to the processing of personal data of EU residents.

M.O.I. uses PROMAN France tools and services to manage temporary workers, which means that certain data may be processed via these solutions.

Sending commercial communications (e.g. newsletters, personalised job offers)

  • Send out promotions or events relating to M.O.I. services.

  • Example: A candidate applies for a job → M.O.I. uses his data to send his file to the client.

Legitimate interest of M.O.I. (Art. 6.1.f RGPD)

  • M.O.I. may process data without consent if this is necessary for its activity and respects the rights of users.
  • Example: tracking customers, improving the site, preventing fraud, sending newsletters.

Application details (CV, covering letter): 2 years after last contact

Customer and partner data: 5 years after the end of the commercial relationship

Browsing data and cookies: 13 months

Temporary employment contracts: 5 years after the end of the contract

Staffing agreement: 5 years after the end of the contract

Salary slips: Minimum 5 years (CNIL recommendation)

 

6. Users’ rights

You have the following rights:

7. Data security

The website is hosted internally within the PROMAN France Information System, guaranteeing a high level of security and compliance with data protection standards. Strict access controls, regular audits and advanced cybersecurity measures are implemented to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data processed.

 

8. Transfer of Data Outside Monaco/EU

M.O.I. may transfer certain personal data to France through PROMAN’s services. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, to ensure an adequate level of protection.
